During the Black Box Security Audit it turned out that it was possible for all the thousands of users within the network to transfer random amounts of money to any account, using this Treasury Management System.

This International Technology Company invests heavily in online marketing activities for the sales of their electronic products. For a certain campaign, a supplier developed a game for this company, where users could win prizes by getting high scores. Our audit brought to attention that these scores could easily be manipulated and abuse could not be excluded. As a result, the company had the game modified and complementary measures have been implemented to guarantee an honest result.

This organization is currently developing a new product in which IT security plays a significant role. To assure that IT security gets adopted early in the development process, this company had formulated certain IT security requirements. To guarantee that these requirements are valid and complete, the company asked Madison Gurkha to review, correct and add the documentation. Even though it seemed as enough attention was paid to IT security, there was still enough room for improvement, which will now be implemented.

Project: Applied Hacking Training

This Asian organization, which to some extend can be compared with the Dutch TNO, wanted to educate their personnel in the area of technical IT security. Madison Gurkha responded to this by providing a customized training to basically teach this organization to do our job. In this three-day Applied Hacking Training which we personally hosted in Asia, we thoroughly discussed networks, systems and application testing.
